Please note

In accordance with the new policy of the Japan Society for Molecular Science, meeting badges and receipts will no longer be mailed, but will be available as pdf files for download and printing by the individual attendee. The advantage of this change is that the pre-registration period will be extended until August 31st. Also, from September 1 to 21, meeting badges and receipts can be issued immediately upon payment, although only credit cards will be accepted during this period.

Receipt Issuance

As in the past, payment can be made by credit card, convenience store payment, or bank transfer. In all cases, a receipt will be available for download once payment is confirmed. Please note that while credit card receipts can be issued immediately, bank transfer receipts will be delayed for several business days while the Japan Society for Molecular Science confirms the payment.

Printing and Carrying Meeting Badges

The meeting badges will be available for download after July 1. Do not forget to print it and bring to the symposium. A folder for your meeting badge (registration card) will be provided free of charge at the registration desk. The meeting badges will include marks to indicate your attendance at the banquet and your boxed lunch reservation.
