How to Apply Your Presentation

To apply to make a presentation at the conference, simply click on the "Apply" button below to access the application form. We welcome submissions for both oral and poster presentations.
In addition, you have the opportunity to vie for the Best Presentation Award or the Best Poster Award. Before applying for these accolades, please ensure your eligibility here. Kindly provide an email address capable of receiving an automatic reply from molsci2024[at]molsci.jp upon submission.
For oral presentations, each speaker will be allotted 13 minutes for their presentation followed by 5 minutes for discussion. Poster sessions will extend approximately 100 minutes.
In this meeting, while there are no strict rules, as a guideline, we encourage each research group to allocate approximately half of their presentations as poster presentations to facilitate the participation of a diverse range of attendees. While exceeding this guideline is permissible if exceptional results warrant it, please use it as a reference.
To apply, submit an abstract of 150 words or less to the Program Committee. You'll have the opportunity to adjust or withdraw your registration during the registration period. If your application is accepted, you'll be requested to submit a 2-page abstract using the provided template here.
