Here you can make a registration for participation in the Annual Meeting of Japan Society for Molecular Science (2024) in Kyoto. The early registration term is from April 8 to August 31 (24:00 JST). Please click the registration button at the top to proceed to the registration form. Registration for participation in the Annual Meeting of Japan Society for Molecular Science (2024) will be officially completed upon payment of the registration fee after you have registered your participation through this website. The available payment methods depend on when you make a registration. Please consult the following table.

• The online credit card payment can be processed by entering your credit card information in the registration form.
• When paying by postal transfer, do not send registration fees for more than one person in one transaction. Payment must be made for each participant individually.
• Please note that your registration fee, whether paid by credit card or by postal transfer, will not be refunded even if you decide to cancel it.
• To register online, you must provide an e-mail address (a cell phone address is not permitted).
• Modifications that change the payment amount cannot be accepted once payment is completed.
  Your registration profiles can be modified upon your request unless it affects the payment amount.
• Your receipt and participation certificate can be downloaded online.

The supporting member of the Japan Society for Molecular Science is eligible for free registration benefits for three participants per one unit of contribution. The invitation letter is sent around late August or early September, so the early registration is not necessary. The list of supporting members.

Payment by a bank transfer and a postal transfer are available for the time of the early-bird period (from April 8 to August 31 (24:00 JST)).

When paying by postal transfer:

Please follow the example below when you fill out the payment slip for your postal transfer. In the correspondence section, you must clearly indicate your registration number and participant type (regular or student, and also whether or not you are a member of the Japan Society for Molecular Science). Please retain the receipt of the payment slip.

[Announcement from Japan Society for Molecular Science] Membership fee for new student members: Membership of student members who join the society between April 1 and August 31, 2024, and pay the membership fee by the designated date are considered valid through August 31, 2025. Please note that you will need to renew and pay for your membership again for the academic year starting on September 1, 2025.
